Lunacorona to play Liverpool Mental Health Festival, Williamson Square 7th October 2017

For the last 7 years Liverpool has celebrated World Mental Health Day. For this 8th year, Liverpool Mental Health Consortium presents the second Liverpool Mental Health Festival (incorporating World Mental Health Day on October 10th).

Part of the festival includes a day of music, stalls and speeches at Liverpool’s Williamson Square stage (in front of the Liverpool Playhouse Theatre).  Lunacorona should be on stage at 12.45pm.

The festival, running from 1st – 14th October, features Music, Dance, Comedy Circus, Visual Arts, Creative Writing, Film, Information, Advice, Training Courses, Workshops & more, happening across the 14 days.

The Patron of the Festival is Bill-Ryder Jones of Liverpool band The Coral.

Lunacorona to play Ymuno Festival July 2016

YmunoBadgeWe are so thrilled to be part of a fantastic line-up at this year’s wonderful eclectic Ymuno Festival, which takes place between 1st and 4th July in the beautiful sleepy meadow of Bryn Ffanigl Ganol Farm near Abergele.

We are playing on Saturday afternoon.

Lunacorona play Mossley Hill Charity Beer Festival 2016

Lunacorona EP Launch Gig 10th December at Studio 2

TwoOneNone-gig-graphicLunacorona will launch their EP, Two One None, at a special gig on Thursday 10th December at Studio 2, 33-45 Parr Street, Liverpool.

Lunacorona will play the full EP plus some more songs from their next EP, and will be supported by guests.

The Studio 2 venue is part of the famous Parr Street Studios complex and was formerly one of the recording studios (the bar is the old control room). The Studios have recorded the likes of Coldplay, Black Sabbath, Bjork, Moby and Snow Patrol, so the place is steeped in musical history.
